We offer a product refund for any packages returned to us by local customs, excluding packaging and shipping fees.

In case the buyer provides incorrect shipping information and the package is sent to the wrong place, we provide two solutions:
1. Product will be refunded (excluding packaging and shipping fees) when the package is returned to us. 
2. Order can be resent but 50% of shipping
