We offer a product refund for any packages returned to us by local customs, excluding packaging and shipping fees.

In case the buyer provides incorrect shipping information and the package is sent to the wrong place, we provide two solutions. The first option is a product refund, excluding packaging and shipping fees, when the package is returned to us. The second option is to resend the order for 50% of the shipping charge.
