Shipping Information For the United States

Due to tariff issues, shipping services to Japan and the U.S. are temporarily suspended. Currently, orders to the U.S. can only be shipped via UPS.

On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government issued an executive order titled “Termination of De Minimis Treatment for All Countries” regarding mail to the United States.
On August 15, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced new guidelines regarding the elimination of de minimis rules, which require that transport operators pay customs deposits to CBP and prepare customs declarations.
Therefore, starting August 27 (Wed.), most of nations national postal operators will temporarily suspend the acceptance of postal items (small packets, parcels, and EMS (goods)) to the United States
1) For Airsoft Guns (equipped with an orange tip) we exclusively use UPS as the shipping method
2) For Airsoft parts , we recommend selecting UPS as the shipping method for secure and efficient delivery. We will provide an update as soon as better shipping options become available.
Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs associated with your order. Octagon Airsoft cannot pay these fees for you. Additionally, opting not to pay these taxes does not constitute a legitimate reason to reject an order.

Effective June 2, 2025, that UPS will introduce a fee change for cross-border international shipments sent to the U.S. New International Collect on Delivery (“ICOD”) Fee
Packages requiring the payment of duties, taxes and other government-related charges (“Duties”) will be assessed an additional fee of $12 USD if those Duties are not paid prior to delivery. The ICOD Fee will be charged to the U.S. consignee upon delivery and does not apply if Duties are billed to a UPS account number prior to delivery.
Consignees can also avoid these charges if they pay the applicable Duties electronically through the UPS International Pre Payment Application (IPPA) using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover). In order for UPS to request prepayment of Duties by the consignee, shippers must provide UPS with valid contact information for the consignee. In addition to the notification, a link to pay the Duties is also provided with the UPS.com tracking results for the shipment.
Shippers can help ensure their U.S. customers receive the aforementioned notification to pay Duties in advance by providing recipient contact details on all export shipments (recipient name, phone number, and email address). This will enable the customer to submit payments in advance and avoid the ICOD Fee.

Incorporate the Octagon Japan service for Airsoft Parts.
1) For Airsoft Guns (equipped with an orange tip) we exclusively use UPS as the shipping method
2) For Airsoft parts that resemble a firearm, we strongly recommend selecting UPS as the shipping method for secure and efficient delivery. Alternatively, if you choose standard air parcel shipping, your parcel will first be sent to our Japan office before being forwarded to the U.S. Please note that delivery times for these shipments will be extended. We are committed to resolving these issues with you and will cover the extra shipping fees between Hong Kong and Japan.
