Policies For All USA Trades

- Only UPS shipping method is accepted for sending airsoft guns.
- For airsoft parts, EMS can be chosen instead of UPS.
- Airsoft guns sent to the USA will have an orange tip.
- For airsoft parts with a gun-like outlook (e.g., rail handguards or receiver), UPS is recommended over EMS.
 

- USA Returns Policies:
  1) If UPS shipping service is chosen, a full refund including the shipping fee will be offered in case of a sending failure.
  2.1) If customers want to resend products or orders, they will be shipped via UPS, and the customer will pay 50% of the repayments for UPS shipping charges.
  2.2) If customers request a refund after a sending failure, only the value of the products will be returned without the refund of the shipment fee.
