It replaces the Picatinny rail adapter with a low profile mount for M-LOK handguard.
When installed on the side mounting surfaces of M-Lok handguard, the Offset Scout Mount position the light at a 45-degree angle, bringing it closer to the rail system. When oriented upwards, the light is situated at the 1:30 or 10:30 clock position.
